Two siblings, Debbie and James, grew up with a strong foundation of faith, thanks to their mom who brought them to church every Sunday. Those early days sparked a flame that would guide them through life's twists and turns. Despite their family's imperfections, they've always strived to make things work.

Debbie grew up with a competitive nature involved in cheerleading and dance as well as a passion for other sports. Debbie's journey took a turn in 2017 during a cheer competition, when a knee injury forced her to slow down. She was active her whole and the recovery process felt fairly slow. But she didn't let that stop her. She channeled her energy into science, and now she's on the path to becoming a Neurosurgeon, touching lives and bringing hope to those in need. She also got back into the gym and is now able to run and squat again. Her journey has been motivating seeing her get abs and be able to do pull ups with her strength. Her faith is the driving force behind her purpose.

James, on the other hand, faced his own challenge in 2021 with a open fracture of his left lower leg. But he didn't let it hold him back. After surgeries and physical therapy, he bounced back stronger. His faithful mindset has been important in getting back into the gym. He now shares his passion for exercise with his friends and family. Now, both siblings are committed to living healthy, active lives, and their faith gives them the courage to face any obstacle.

Together, they embody the power of resilience and faith. They rise above the odds, knowing that God is at the center of their struggles. Their story is a testament to the transformative power of hope and determination.
